How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders to be delivered within Nairobi will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase

What is your return and exchange policy?

We will allow return of items purchased through our website as long as the items are in new condition and have have not been used. Proof of purchase will be required.

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your delivery address, log in to your Smart Sasa account, and then click on ‘My Address book’.

By clicking on ‘edit’ you can change your address.

When you change your delivery address, all future items will then be delivered to that address.

The new address need to be validated before you can release a shipment.

How do I track the status of my order?
